Australia

We offer free shipping within Australia with Australia Post.  All orders are processed, packed and sent from our studio within 1 business day of purchase. 

 

NZ

All shipping to NZ is charged at a flat rate of $20.   All orders are processed, packed and sent from our studio within 1 business day of purchase. 

 

All Other Countries 

We offer flat rate $35 international shipping via DHL to all other countries in the world.   All orders are processed, packed and sent from our studio within 1 business day of purchase.

 

Order Changes

If you have ordered the incorrect size, or need to make any changes to your order please contact us ASAP to make sure we can adjust your order before we send it off.  You can send us an email at hello@noblekind.com or use our online contact form.  

 

Duties and Taxes 

All of our prices are in Australian Dollars, inclusive of GST.  Use the currency changer in the top toolbar to show prices in your local currency.  

For international orders, local costs of Custom duties and taxes, or other taxes that may apply outside of our knowledge are not covered.  You will need to cover any costs to release your package from customs within the timeframe specified by your local customs.  Should you fail to pick up your package and it is returned to us, any costs we incur will be taken out of your refund amount.  Every country has different customs fees and processes, so please contact your local customs office to find out more details.
