Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We take a lot of time to ensure our fabrics are well selected and that our garments will fit you like a glove… but sometimes things just don’t work out. We recommend that you try on your new goodies as soon as you receive them, to make sure you are able to send back any unused items within 14 days of delivery.
For any order that needs to be returned, please contact us.
All items purchased on Sale are final and cannot be refunded. Sale items can be exchanged for alternative sizes if available, shipping costs on exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Australian Orders
If your garment isn't quite right, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. Any item you wish to exchange or return will need to be in the same condition as you received it in - unworn, unwashed, undamaged with no makeup/fake tan or marks/stains/smells. Please make sure all tags, unaltered are also still attached. We recommend you take care when trying on your garment so that you can return it to us in its original condition, as we won't be able to accept returns that are not in their original condition.
Refunds are provided on full-priced items only, no refunds on sale items.
Any sale items can be exchanged for a different size if in stock.
International Orders
If your garment isn't quite right and you would like to get a refund, jump online within 21 days of purchase and generate a refund claim. Refunds are at the customers' expense, and we recommend that you use tracking on your postage as we can't process your refund unless your garment is returned to us safely.
Any item you wish to exchange or return will need to be in the same condition as you received it in - unworn, unwashed, undamaged with no makeup/fake tan or marks/stains/smells. If your purchase included a garment bag/cover, this will also need to be returned with your garment in the original packaging.

Faulty Items
What! No! We can’t believe that we’ve let a faulty item get through the keeper! We take great care to quality check all of our garments prior to sending them out to you - but sometimes mistakes happen. If you have received an item that is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can sort it out for you.
